10/10/18 - To assess your understanding of the principles set forth by Enlightenment Era thinkers, I'm asking you to write a preamble to a document that all Enlightenment thinkers could have signed, acknowledging at least 4 of the important concepts of the time (refer to reading and your notes from yesterday), and explaining why those ideas are important. Review the preambles to the Declaration and Constitution. Time to write in class on Friday. Due in writing or as a Google Doc by 8:20am on Monday, October 15. Limit of 150 words. It's a preamble, not an entire document. Also, more than half of the class didn't complete their homework that was due this morning. It's due when you walk in on Friday. We won't go over it. I'll collect it.
